App वापरून तुम्ही या धोरणाशी सहमत होता. Varganibook.in ("we", "our") is a SaaS platform that helps Ganpati mandals manage vargani collection and accounts. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information belonging to Mandal Admins, Treasurers, Collectors, Donors and Committee Members. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

आम्ही तुमचा data कधीही विकत नाही. फक्त खालील प्रसंगी माहिती share केली जाते:We never sell your data. Information is shared only in the following situations:

प्रत्येक मंडळाचा data इतर मंडळांपासून (tenant-wise) पूर्णपणे वेगळा ठेवला जातो — एक collector दुसऱ्या collector चा financial data पाहू शकत नाही.Every mandal's data is kept fully separate (tenant-wise) from other mandals — one collector cannot see another collector's financial data.

Financial आणि audit records कायदेशीर व accounting गरजांसाठी आवश्यक तेवढा काळ ठेवले जातात. Festival-wise account data प्रत्येक वर्षासाठी वेगळा जपला जातो, जेणेकरून जुन्या वर्षांचा इतिहास सुरक्षित राहतो. Account delete केल्यानंतर वैयक्तिक माहिती Delete Account पानावर दिलेल्या धोरणानुसार काढली जाते. Financial and audit records are retained as long as legally and accounting-wise required. Festival-wise account data is kept separate by year, so past history stays intact. Once an account is deleted, personal information is removed according to the policy on the Delete Account page.
